Being good isn't the problem.
Being found is.
We put you in front of homeowners who are already looking, answer every enquiry in seconds, and qualify the job before it reaches you. The first firm back is the one that gets it.
You have watched a worse firm
take the work.
Nearly every trade we speak to can name a firm nearby that set up three years ago, does a rougher job, and is somehow busier. They are not beating you at roofing. They are beating you at being found, at answering first, and at looking like the safe choice on a phone screen at nine at night.
- Quotes that go quiet and you never find out why
- Paying for leads that get sold to two other firms
- Calls going to voicemail while you are up a ladder
- A phone that goes quiet every January
- A website that makes you look smaller than you are
- Four stars on Google because nobody ever asks the happy ones
The firm that got the job was quicker than you, not better than you.
One message.
Two endings.
Same enquiry, same afternoon. The only difference is who was there to answer it.
Six services.
They all end up in the same book.
Start with one. Add the next when the first is paying for itself.
Lead Generation
Facebook and Google ads pointed at homeowners in your postcodes who are pricing the work now, not one day. Straight ads about the job, because "cheap roofs" only ever brings tyre-kickers.
- What lands on your phone
- An enquiry that belongs to you and nobody else. No shared lead, no race.
AI Receptionist
Answers while you are on the roof, at teatime, or asleep. Takes the details, asks what you would ask, books the visit, and texts you the summary before you are back in the van.
- What lands on your phone
- A message that reads "Booked, Thursday 2pm, 14 Elm Road, flat roof, she is at home all day."
Reviews
Every finished job gets the ask, automatically, the day after you have swept up and gone. Your own customers, in their own words, straight onto your Google profile. Most trades do the work to earn them and then never get round to asking.
- Why it decides jobs
- She has three quotes on the kitchen table and no way to tell who is any good. Your star rating is the tiebreaker, and it is the one thing a competitor cannot buy off you.
Websites
A site that makes a two van firm look like a twenty van one. Built in days, on your own domain, and yours to keep whatever happens between us afterwards.
- What lands on your phone
- Enquiries from people who found you at eleven at night and decided you looked like the safe pair of hands.
SEO
Getting found for the searches in your area that turn into work, so the phone still rings on the months you have the ads turned off.
- The honest bit
- This one is slow. It compounds for a year and then keeps paying. If you need work in February, start with the ads.
AI Chatbots
Catches the visitor at nine at night who was never going to ring a stranger, answers what they wanted to know, and turns them into a booked quote by morning.
- What lands on your phone
- The enquiry you would never have known about, because she would have closed the tab.
Four steps, and you are
only busy for one of them.

The things most agencies
will not put in writing.
Every one of these goes in the agreement you sign, so you can hold me to it.
You deal with me
The person who builds it is the person who picks up when you ring. There is nobody else here.
You own the lot
The ad account, the domain, the number, the data. All in your name from day one. If we part ways you walk off with it.
No long tie-in
Rolling monthly. If it stops earning its keep you can stop, and nobody will argue with you about it.
Trades only
No dentists, no gyms, no coaches. All of this is built around how somebody actually buys a roof or a drive.
Plain English
No impressions, no reach, no engagement rate. Enquiries, booked visits, and what each one cost you.
One firm per area
We will not run the same thing for the firm down the road. It would mean bidding your money against theirs. Once your area is taken, it is taken.
The questions
we always get.
I will not put a number on it before I know yours, which is what the call is for. What I will say is that trades making 10x back on what they put in is not unheard of.
One of two things happened. Either you got nothing, which is usually the targeting or the ad being switched off before it had settled. Or you got plenty and they were all tyre-kickers, which means the ads did their job and nothing was filtering or answering them fast enough. Tell me which one it was and I will tell you honestly whether I would do any better.
Yes. My fee covers building it, running it and tuning it. The ad spend goes straight to Facebook or Google out of your own account, so you see every penny of it and I never touch it. On the call I will tell you what a sensible starting budget looks like for your area, and if the numbers do not work I will not take you on.
Enquiries usually start inside the first fortnight of going live. That first stretch is always the noisiest, because it is when we are learning which ads and which areas pull the work worth having. It sharpens up from there.
Because being busy in July tells you nothing about February. The firms that have a dead winter are the ones who went looking for work after it went quiet, when everyone else was chasing the same jobs and undercutting each other. This takes four to six weeks to get properly dialled in, so building it while you are flat out is the whole point.
No. One firm per area, per trade. Taking you both on would mean bidding your budget against his and charging you both for the privilege.
It depends on which of the six you want and how big an area you are covering. You will have the exact figure on the call, before you are asked to decide anything, and if it does not pay for itself on your own numbers I will tell you that too.
Twenty minutes,
and a straight answer.
Pick a slot. Nothing to prepare.
- Where you work, what a job is worth to you, and what you want next year to look like
- What the system does, start to finish, with real screens
- A straight figure, and whether it pays for itself on your numbers
- An honest no from me if your area cannot carry it
